#1 Pop-up Tent Trailer:(we only have one)...note: sometimes the neighbos dogs bark...

1. $40  a night for 2 people ($10 charge per extra person...max 5)

2. Check in 3pm and Check out is 11am

3. One pillow, sheets and one blanket and 2 towels provided in a clean tub. (make own bed and put all dirty linen back in tub when done)

4. Trailer has one outlet that can be used for a fan (provided), power strip can be used to charge phones, careful not to put too much on the single outlet or it will overload and you will lose electricity.  (Electric frying pan and electric kettle provided...must leave clean.)

5. One lamp provided.

6. Shared outdoor solar shower(use water thoughtfully) ... only functions on sunny days...

7. Porta potty with handwashing station

8. Parking for one car

9. Picnic table

10. Use of pool 

11. Water spicket available.

12. Must leave the tent trailer clean... wipe counters (wash rag provided) and sweep floors (broom provided), wash floors if needed

Our property is located ...

• 32.7 Miles, 49 minutes from Kings Canyon National Park Visitor Center 

• 44.4 Miles, 1 hour 7 minutes from Sequoia National Park

While camping you will have access to our pool, & outdoor areas.  

Local amenities:

1. The Country Store: A very small convenience store about one mile from the house, they have most everything you need...food and toiletries...  

2. Dollar General is about 20 minutes away. 

3. Bear Mountain Pizza (lunch/dinner) is about 20 minutes away. 

4. Gena's Place (lunch and dinner) during their open season about 23 min drive.  

5. The Cat Haven is also on HWY 180 is about 25 minutes away.
